Sandwich of the Week Club
Purchase and send the Sandwich of the Week Club via email and/or text. The club membership can also be printed so you can hand deliver. If digital delivery is chosen, it would be sent immediately, or scheduled to surprise mom on Mother’s Day.
Membership Perks
Every two weeks, your loved one will receive a code for a “Sandwich of the Week”. It will be delivered digitally to their email or mobile phone. They can use it for any sandwich or equivalent item. For $43, they get 6 sandwiches!
Enjoy Your Food!
Present the digital coupon at participating Great Harvest Bread locations and redeem it for the sandwich of your choice. Can’t use it? Forward it to someone that can enjoy it!
Terms of Use
*Every sandwich of the week club member will receive 6 codes. The codes will be delivered on the following dates: 5/14, 5/28, 6/11, 6/25, 7/9, 7/23. Each code is valid for a period of 3 weeks and can be used one time. After the code has expired, the code will be unusable. Per code, the recipient will receive 2 reminders before the code expires. The code can be redeemed for any hot or cold sandwich, salad, grain bowl, or bread. The purchase of the Sandwich of the Week Club is non-refundable. Any questions, please email support@yiftee.com
